Delete Your MaxLocal Account
Last Updated: October 8, 2026
MaxLocal (published by FindSquad, Inc. on Google Play and at max-local.app) stores only two things about you:
your e-mail address and your subscription status. No patient data, no location,
no contacts, and nothing from your inbox ever leaves your device.
How to delete your account
- Send an e-mail to [email protected]
with the subject line “Delete my MaxLocal account”.
- Send it from the e-mail address you subscribed with, so we can verify it is you. No other information is needed.
- We will confirm by reply and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your e-mail address and subscription record from our servers (the sign-in lookup).
- Any sign-in links or sessions issued to you.
- Crash reports from your device are not tied to your e-mail and expire automatically within 90 days.
What is kept, and why
- Payment records held by our payment processor (Stripe) are retained as required for tax and accounting law.
They are not used to sign you in once your account is deleted.
- Anything saved on your own device (session data, preferences) stays until you uninstall the app or clear its storage.
Cancelling instead of deleting
If you only want to stop renewing, cancel the subscription from the billing portal at
max-local.app. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
