MaxLocal ("the App") is a local anesthetic dosing calculator for healthcare professionals, developed by FindSquad, Inc.

Data We Collect

MaxLocal collects no personal health information (PHI) and no patient identifiers.

Email Address: Used for subscription management only. Stored securely on our servers.
Session Data: Weight (kg), age (months), and dose entries are stored locally on your device only. This data is never transmitted to our servers.
Payment Information: Processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
Crash Reports: If the app crashes or hits an unexpected error, a technical report (stack trace, app version, device model and OS version, and a random per-install identifier) is sent to our error-monitoring service, Sentry. These reports contain no e-mail address, no patient data, and no dose values — the app never writes clinical values to logs. They are kept for 90 days.

What we do not collect: no location, no contacts, no access to your inbox or messages, no advertising identifiers, no analytics profile.

Data Storage

All clinical calculations and session data remain on your device. We store only your email address and subscription status on our servers. We cannot access, view, or recover your clinical session data.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties except as required to provide our services:

Stripe: Processes subscription payments securely
Cloudflare: Hosts our website and provides security
Google Play: Distributes the Android app
Sentry: Receives crash reports so we can fix bugs (see "Crash Reports" above)

Data Retention

Your email and subscription status are retained while your account is active. You may request deletion at any time — see How to delete your account. Crash reports expire automatically after 90 days.

Security

We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption for all data transmission. Payment processing is handled by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor.

Children's Privacy

MaxLocal is intended for licensed healthcare professionals. It is not designed for use by children under 18.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
